Please support our development and a Venture Capital free service by becoming early backers of this project and earn early bird discounts on the upcoming premium subscriptions.
We are trying very hard to secure more funds and sponsorship so that our end users do not need to pay to continue using the service.
Meanwhile, we are exploring a Self-Sustainable Development (SSD) model by likely introducing service subscriptions of event attendants, which likely range from 700 yen to 3000 yen per month once they launch. Under SSD model, event attendants pay the fees of attending unlimited OJC events on ResearchIC, while the event hosts are free to host OJC events.
The Early Backer Subscription (EBS) plan invites users who:
- believe in the value of online OJC events for improving research literacy
- want to encourage the realization of more OJC events on ResearchIC in the coming years
- wants to provide research students in your lab or team a continuous and valuable training program for research literature reading (one professor who becomes a subscriber to EBS can allow a maximum of 20 of his/her students to have free access to the unlimited number of OJC events hosted on ResearchIC)
- wants to shake off the researcher solitude and join web-based social reading events centering research literature with global researcher communities
